Based on the narration of this video, this young girl was caught stealing at Shoprite Mall Lagos. What followed after she was caught is something that has now become common in 9ja.

She was stripped naked, while a bunch of horny people proceeded to sexually
manhandle her. What the hell is this? why not take her to police or the appropriate authorities? Our Police in 9ja can be funny and unreliable, but its no excuse to sexually abuse her. When has this become the appropriate punishment for stealing? Who made them judge?
