A Snake On My Bed

What Will you do if you see a snake on your bed, and just as you were about to kill it with a stick, the power just went off (NEPA take light).

Someone just sent his experience and it was not a pleasant one. I would want to hear suggestion on what to do when caught in this situation.

Send in your suggestions please

Don’t kill the snake. As scary as it is just call someone to come remove it if you can’t identify it as harmless and move it picking up a very long stick by yourself. No need to hurt the animal as it is probably in your house in the first place because you have rats or mice in there. Snakes are generally afraid of humans but if they smell mice they could break in. No need to kill the animal as it was trying to do you a favor. Just call someone to relocate the thing. Never touch the snake yourself, as it could bite or wrap you

That is a Brazilian Rainbow 🌈 Boa in your photo. People pay good money for those as pets. They cannot hurt you. Not venomous and that one is too small to hurt you by constriction. They are very shy snakes and prefer to hide or curl in a ball like a ball python. Honestly you could sell that one if you found it lol
