Don Jazzy Purchased Jay Jay Okocha's Club?

Remember I gave you guys the gist here that producer/musician Don Jazzy has opened his own night club 'PoP'. 
Well rumour has it that he purchased the club from ex footballer Jay Jay Okocha who owned Club No 10. The gist is that Don Jazzy changed the name to 'PoP'. 
What I'm not sure of  is if  it was an outright purchase , lease or if he attached his name, like his bother 'D'Prince did with the late Suzy Q in the case of  Jonzing Club
