Photo of alleged Kidnappers, killed by men of Special Anti Robbery Squad SARS in Enugu, the coal city, which has been beseiged by men of the underworld, snatching cars and kidnapping people, most recent victim of kidnapping, was the VC of the state university ESUT.
According to Connect Africa investigation, more than 48 cars have been snatched since this year alone, 80% have been recovered. The police have apprehended or killed more than a dozen criminal suspects in the past two weeks.
